Why pass up a good book?  To be honest, I have no clue why anyone would.  What I understand even less is why anyone would pass up a good paperback book when the Kindle edition is free with that purchase.  If you buy the paperback version of The Event – The Amanai Resistance from Amazon.com, you also receive the Kindle version for free.  I don’t think you should have to pay twice for the same product.  Unfortunately, it doesn’t work the other way around.
